Employment Type: Full-timeWe’re looking for someone who has:
At least 3 years of BPO experience, preferably handling healthcare accounts Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows, including insurance verification, medical billing, claims, appointment scheduling, and EHR/EMR documentation Excellent written and spoken English communication skills Experience using EMR/EHR platforms (preferred but not required) Great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently A professional attitude with strong organizational and time management skills Confidence in learning and navigating various online tools and software A solid understanding of HIPAA compliance and maintaining patient confidentialityIf you’re dependable, organized, and passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry, we’d love to hear from you!
