 URGENT HIRING — PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (MEDICAL VA)

 QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant, Medical Assistant, Healthcare VA, or similar role

• Experience working with international or US-based healthcare providers is highly preferred

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Professional and confident communication skills

• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems

• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation

• Experience with patient scheduling, appointment coordination, and follow-ups

• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with strict confidentiality

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Reliable internet connection and professional home-office setup

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Comfortable working with international teams and different time zones

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage patient appointments and scheduling

• Handle calls, emails, and patient inquiries professionally

• Assist with medical documentation and administrative tasks

• Update and maintain patient records

• Coordinate with doctors, clinics, insurance providers, and healthcare staff

• Assist with referrals, follow-ups, and authorizations

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

• Provide professional support to healthcare providers

• Follow HIPAA and applicable privacy/confidentiality requirements
