Are you an experienced HR/Admin professional looking for a fulfilling work-from-home opportunity with a friendly and supportive team? 🚀
Hippo VA is on the lookout for a Virtual Assistant with a strong background in human resources and administrative support to join our growing team!

📝 Your Role Includes:
✅ Assisting in recruitment (posting jobs, screening, and interview scheduling)
✅ Supporting onboarding processes
✅ Preparing reports, documents, and presentations
✅ Assisting with payroll and timekeeping coordination
✅ Managing calendars, emails, and general admin tasks
✅ Taking meeting minutes and coordinating schedules
✅ Providing support to the HR Manager or leadership team

💡 You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:
✔️ Proven experience in HR/Admin roles
✔️ Excellent communication & organizational skills
✔️ High attention to detail & can multitask
✔️ Proficiency in Google Workspace & Microsoft Office
✔️ Experience with Trello, ClickUp, Zoom, Slack (a plus!)
✔️ A strong sense of confidentiality & professionalism
