OLIVIA Professional Solutions is a VA staffing agency supporting home care agencies across the United States. We provide virtual support in recruitment, scheduling, intake coordination, social media management, and bookkeeping to help agencies better serve seniors at home.

Role Overview

Successful candidates will be assigned based on operational needs and individual strengths, whether as a Scheduler or Recruiter.

What You’ll Do (depends on role)

• Recruiter: Source, screen, and onboard caregivers and/or nurses based on client requirements

• Scheduler: Coordinate caregiver schedules and ensure shifts are properly covered based on availability and compatibility

Requirements

• Experience as a VA in home care/home health is an advantage but not required

• At least 1 year of BPO experience preferred

• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Reliable internet connection and proper work equipment setup

• High-quality headset

• Dual monitors

• Backup computer/laptop and power supply

• Internet speed of at least 50–100 Mbps
