Job Description In Scope

  • Assist day to day operations for the members (OEP’s customers)
  • Mostly back office work and data entry
  • Covers data entry Xero (accounting software work)
  • Statement reconciliation
  • Inbox clearing and manages the work traffic coming in generic inboxes
  • Collections for customers/businesses
  • Job and quote creation
  • Quote follow up
  • Generic follow up – (Calling the members of a missing requirement, checking to confirm booking of a job & other clarifications)
  • Invoicing
  • Preparing all completed jobs to invoicing stage
  • Auditing technician’s compliance
  • Generating KPI reports
  • One off report requested by members
  • Receives after hours and/or regular calls depending on the member requirement
  • Makes outbound calls as needed (B2B calls)

Skill Requirement

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • At least 1 year back office experience
  • Experience in customer service is favourable
  • Immediate to advanced computer skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent Multi—tasking skills
