Job Description In Scope
- Assist day to day operations for the members (OEP’s customers)
- Mostly back office work and data entry
- Covers data entry Xero (accounting software work)
- Statement reconciliation
- Inbox clearing and manages the work traffic coming in generic inboxes
- Collections for customers/businesses
- Job and quote creation
- Quote follow up
- Generic follow up – (Calling the members of a missing requirement, checking to confirm booking of a job & other clarifications)
- Invoicing
- Preparing all completed jobs to invoicing stage
- Auditing technician’s compliance
- Generating KPI reports
- One off report requested by members
- Receives after hours and/or regular calls depending on the member requirement
- Makes outbound calls as needed (B2B calls)
Skill Requirement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- At least 1 year back office experience
- Experience in customer service is favourable
- Immediate to advanced computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent Multi—tasking skills
