Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO (Remote)
Location: Remote (Eastern Standard Time)
Work Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST
Occasional Weekend or After-Hours Support as Needed
Compensation: $3 USD per hour

As our organization rapidly grows, we are seeking an agile, highly organized, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role is central to ensuring the CEO’s time, communications, and daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Scheduling Management
Proactively manage the CEO’s complex calendar, prioritizing and scheduling meetings with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
Anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve them quickly to maintain a smooth workflow.
Coordinate travel logistics, appointments, and important events.
Operational & Administrative Support
Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison for the CEO—filtering communications, preparing agendas, and handling follow-ups.
Track and manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, deadlines, and reminders.
Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading emails, documents, presentations, and memos.
Organize and maintain digital files and project documentation.
Project Assistance & Communication
Follow up on delegated tasks to ensure timely execution and accountability.
Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and other departments or external contacts.
Join meetings to take clear notes, track action items, and ensure timely updates.
Personal Task Support (As Needed)
Support ad hoc personal tasks or errands that allow the CEO to remain focused on core priorities.
Help maintain a seamless blend between professional and personal responsibilities when requested.
Requirements
Exceptional English Communication Skills – Clear, concise verbal and written communication is a must.
Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – Able to juggle multiple tasks without missing details.
Tech-Savvy & Adaptable – Proficient with Google Workspace, Zoom, ClickUp (or similar PM tools), Time Doctor, and communication platforms like Slack.
Professional Discretion – Trustworthy with sensitive information and capable of handling confidential matters with integrity.
Proactive Problem Solver – You anticipate needs and offer solutions without waiting to be asked.
Availability During EST Hours – Must strictly adhere to the outlined work schedule and be responsive to urgent requests.
