Virtual Office Staff (VOS) is looking for a reliable and experienced Customer Service Specialist to support one of our amazing clients. We are seeking someone with strong inbound and outbound calling experience who can confidently assist customers, manage follow-ups, and book appointments.
This role is ideal for someone who is professional, organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable speaking with U.S.-based customers. The position involves handling inbound reception and service calls in the morning, followed by outbound lead follow-ups and appointment booking in the afternoon.
Role Responsibilities– Answer all incoming calls live and professionally
– Take accurate messages and capture customer details
– Route or log calls for the appropriate department
– Return missed calls and voicemails promptly
– Assist customers with basic questions and updates
– Collect photos or videos for customer service requests
– Call warm or older leads from a provided list
– Book prequalification calls on the sales representative’s calendar
– Confirm customer information, product interest, and preferred callback time
– Log every call and its result in the CRM
– Complete a target of 40 outbound calls per day
– Follow up consistently to ensure no customer concern is left unanswered
Requirements– 2+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative with both inbound and outbound call experience
– Applicants with a call center background and prior experience are welcome to apply
– Good communication skills
– Professional, patient, and confident when handling customers
– Reliable high-speed internet
– Quiet workspace and noise-canceling headset
– Tech-savvy and adaptable when learning new CRMs and tools
– Available to work Monday through Friday during U.S. Eastern Time hours
Compensation & Benefits– Full-Time Position
– 45 hours per week (Unpaid 1 hour lunch, and 2- 15 minutes paid breaks
– Monday–Friday, U.S. Eastern Time hours
– Weekly pay of $240 USD
– Approximately $1,032+ USD per month
