About the Role

 

Arca.ph is hiring an AI Research and Operations Assistant to support AI tool research, documentation, administrative coordination, and workflow improvement projects.

 

 

This role is a good fit for someone who is organized, curious, clear in written communication, and comfortable learning new software. You will help test AI tools, organize findings, prepare process notes, and support teams in adopting useful tools for daily operations.

 

 

Fresh graduates and graduating students are welcome to apply.

 

 

What You’ll Do

 

– Research AI tools, software products, and online resources.

 

– Test selected tools and summarize their strengths, limits, and use cases.

 

– Maintain organized documentation of tools, findings, and recommendations.

 

– Create short Loom videos, notes, or simple internal presentations.

 

– Support workflow improvement across operations, research, and admin tasks.

 

– Compare tools for productivity, automation, documentation, and team collaboration.

 

– Assist with general remote operations tasks as needed.

 

 

What We’re Looking For

 

– Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

 

– Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, Loom, and AI tools.

 

– Able to research independently and summarize information clearly.

 

– Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and consistent.

 

– Curious and willing to learn new software quickly.

 

– Comfortable working remotely on a night shift.

 

– Available for a full-time schedule with a start time between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM Philippine Time.

 

 

Preferred but Not Required

 

– Experience as a virtual assistant, research assistant, admin assistant, or operations assistant.

 

– Experience with AI tools, automation tools, or no-code platforms.

 

– Experience creating SOPs, process notes, Loom videos, or internal documentation.

 

 

Work Details

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Remote, Philippines

Schedule: Night shift, start time between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM Philippine Time
