𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁
Support a growing medical supplies company based in California, USA, in managing their back-end operations.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:
✅ Organize and maintain patient files via Google Workspace
✅ Compile pricing, billing codes, and approval PDFs into dedicated folders
✅ Prepare complete billing packages ready for the biller
✅ Manage vendor invoices and shipment tracking records
✅ Conduct price canvassing research or outreach calls across different states as hours grow
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
✅ Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
✅ Proficient in Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Gmail)
✅ Strong organizational and file management skills
✅ Reliable, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive documents
✅ Background in medical admin, insurance processing, or phone handling is a plus
𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀:
Hours: 10 hours/week | Monday to Friday (2 hours/day)
Timezone: Pacific Standard Time
Rate/hr: $5/hour
Onboarding date: April 27, 2026 or earlier.
Work: Fully remote
