F5 Global Talent is placing a full-time offshore Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator with a pest control company operating on U.S. and Canadian business hours.

This role is unusual because it requires more than strong admin skills. You need real pest control knowledge and the confidence to speak with worried customers, explain services clearly, schedule technicians, and keep operations moving.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound client and municipal calls with confidence and professionalism
  • Speak with homeowners and customers who may be stressed, frustrated, or worried about an infestation
  • Explain pest control procedures, services, scheduling, and next steps clearly
  • Schedule appointments and dispatch technicians using Google Calendar
  • Manage email communication, follow-ups, and daily coordination
  • Track requests, updates, and service details so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Support reporting and administrative tasks to keep operations organized
  • Communicate clearly with technicians, customers, municipalities, and internal teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Administrative assistant, project coordinator, dispatcher, or operations support experience
  • Real pest control knowledge, including mice, rats, bed bugs, and common infestations
  • Ability to explain pest control services and procedures in a calm, professional way
  • Strong spoken and written English for direct client contact
  • Excellent organization, follow-up, and scheduling skills
  • Confidence handling customer calls and coordinating service appointments
  • Ability to work independently in a remote role
  • Availability during U.S. and Canadian business hours

Nice to Have

  • French and English bilingual ability
  • Prior experience working for a pest control company
  • Dispatching or field-service coordination experience
  • Experience using Google Calendar for technician scheduling
  • Experience dealing with municipal or property-management service requests

Important Note

This is not a basic admin role. We are looking for someone who can combine strong coordination skills with genuine pest control knowledge and confident customer communication.
