Overview

Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their thriving UK air conditioning business during a period of high demand. In this role, you will manage vital administrative tasks to alleviate pressure on the office team while enjoying a flexible, outcome-focused environment that empowers you to take full ownership and implement your own processes.

Schedule:

  • Full-time (40 hours per week), 9:00 to 6:00 PM GMT

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming emails and respond to customer inquiries
  • Handle general administrative tasks to support back office operations
  • Maintain organized systems and processes for office workflow
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects
  • Work independently while maintaining regular communication with the team

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership and work independently
  • Keen, eager, and driven attitude with a willingness to learn

Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM software
  • Experience with FreeAgent or similar business management software
  • Previous experience using various business software platforms
