Are you organized, proactive, and confident handling phone-based tasks? We’re looking for a reliable Admin Support professional to assist growing privately held businesses in a fast-paced start-up environment.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations
✔️ Handle inbound and outbound phone calls as needed
✔️ Assist with coordination, scheduling, and task follow-ups
✔️ Support fast-moving teams in a dynamic start-up environment
✔️ Help ensure smooth daily operations across multiple business functions
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• Strong spoken English communication skills
• Comfortable handling calls and interacting with clients professionally
• Organized, responsive, and able to work independently
• Adaptable and capable of managing shifting priorities
• Experience supporting small businesses or start-ups is highly preferred
• Exposure to or willingness to learn AI tools is a plus (training provided)
• Female candidates preferred (team alignment)
💻 Work Setup & Schedule:
Remote (Philippines-based)
🕘 Initial Schedule: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST (Part-Time)
📈 Transition to Full-Time after 2–3 months based on performance
