Are you a highly organized and proactive individual in the Philippines with a strong command of written and spoken English? We are a dynamic marketing agency looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team to support our founder/CEO.
This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of marketing principles, operational processes, and general administrative duties. You will play a crucial part in keeping our operations running smoothly and supporting our growing and existing client base.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the agency team.
Assist with various marketing tasks and campaigns.
Manage and optimize operational workflows.
Handle communication, scheduling, and data entry.
Put together designs on Canvas, including social media posts, flyers, PowerPoint presentations
Schedule client content
Chase invoices
Organise receipts
Requirements:
Based in the Philippines.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Prior experience or knowledge in marketing, operations, or administration.
Familiarity with Monday.com and strong understanding of Canva
Able to learn and work independently as well as incorporate feedback
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated work setup.
Terms:
Status: Part-time to start.
Opportunity: Potential to transition to a full-time position early next year.
Probation: A three-month probationary period will apply.
