NOW HIRING: Marketing & Creative Virtual Assistant (Part-Time | Remote | EST Coverage)We’re a top-rated fitness studio based in the U.S. and we’re hiring a rockstar VA to join our growing team! 
This is NOT your typical admin VA role. We’re looking for someone who can:
Run Facebook/Meta ads (lead generation + retargeting)
Create eye-catching graphics via Canva
Edit sleek video ads from raw gym footage (we provide the b-roll)
Build and maintain simple funnels (GoHighLevel experience is a big plus)
Write email/SMS follow-ups to warm leads
Help track and improve campaign performance
You’ll also assist with occasional client replies and support — especially if another VA is offline — so strong communication skills are key.
Hourly pay + commission available based on performance (lead conversion, ad success, etc.)
Working Hours: Must be available to work U.S. hours (EST) — morning and/or evening shifts.
