Cherry Assistant
We are hiring a Marketing Assistant for a U.S.-based professional services company in the legal industry. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong sales/lead conversion background, and is experienced in real-time social media community management and moderation, particularly on TikTok.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms in real-time (goal: response within hours, not days) to provide 24/7 coverage.
- Actively moderate accounts by identifying and blocking spam, bots, and inappropriate content to maintain a safe and positive community environment.
- Engage with followers using a sales-oriented approach to identify, qualify, and convert leads through social media interactions across all channels, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Track and document qualified leads for sales team follow-up and pipeline management.
- Write accurate and engaging responses in English and use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to craft accurate Spanish responses when needed.
- Provide daily/weekly reports on engagement metrics, leads generated, and key community insights.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in a Sales background or sales-oriented with proven lead conversion and qualification skills.
- 1+ years experience in social media management and community engagement, with specific experience on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Highly responsive and proactive with the ability to work independently to ensure 24/7 coverage is maintained.
- Strong judgment for content moderation and handling sensitive community situations.
- A strong customer service mindset combined with sales acumen.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience working in an international or cross-cultural remote team setting.
- Familiarity with marketing metrics and reporting tools beyond basic social media analytics.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish or other major languages) is a plus, even with AI tool usage
Required Skills & Tools
- 2+ years experience Managing social media platforms (e.g., Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- 2+ years experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, etc.) for content assistance and translation
- Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace
Schedule & Pay
- Part-time position; Flexible with working hours including weekends
Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM (Arizona Time)
Weekends: Saturday 4:00 PM – Sunday 10:00 AM (Arizona Time)
- These hours are designed to cover early mornings and weekend activity when the main U.S.-based team is offline
- Fully remote role for a US.-based company
- Pay ranges from ₱27,700 – ₱25,300 PHP per month
- Annual raises and confirmed holidays
