Market Lead Generation Specialist

9AM – 5PM Melbourne Time | Remote

Responsibilities:

– Conduct targeted lead generation for residential and commercial HVAC services.

– Identify & qualify potential clients across Australia

– Outbound calls, emails & LinkedIn outreach

– Build strong sales pipelines

– Daily/weekly lead reporting

– Work with CRM & prospecting tools

Requirements:

– Experience in the Australian market

– Proven background in lead generation, telesales, or outbound calling roles.

– Experience in service-based industries (HVAC, trades, home services) is an advantage.

– Ability to research market segments, decision-makers, and target industries.
