Suits Finance is a growing financial services company committed to delivering innovative and data-driven solutions. To further enhance our operational efficiency, we are seeking a highly skilled Zoho Admin (Virtual Assistant) to oversee and optimize our Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.
Position Overview:
The Zoho Admin / Master Data Officer will play an essential role in managing our Zoho ecosystem, ensuring the seamless operation of Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Campaigns, and other related applications. This role is primarily focused on internal support and does not involve client-facing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be adept at workflow automation, system integration, data management, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Zoho Administration & System Optimization:
– Oversee and maintain Zoho CRM to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
– Develop and implement custom workflows, automations, blueprints, and triggers to streamline internal processes.
– Configure and integrate Zoho CRM with third-party applications and internal systems to enhance operational efficiency.
– Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure optimal functionality of Zoho applications.
– Stay informed about Zoho updates, best practices, and emerging functionalities, making recommendations for system improvements.
Lead Management & Process Coordination:
– Manage and monitor incoming leads within Zoho CRM, ensuring proper classification and tracking.
– Assign leads to the appropriate sales teams across different regions and ensure timely follow-ups.
– Optimize lead scoring, tagging, and pipeline tracking to enhance the efficiency of the sales process.
– Generate and analyze reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights on lead performance.
Administrative & Data Management Support:
– Prepare and maintain internal documentation, process guides, and reports related to Zoho workflows and CRM usage.
– Draft proper documentation of discussions and action points.
– Conduct regular data audits and clean-ups to eliminate redundancies and maintain database integrity.
Qualifications & Requirements:
– Proven experience in Zoho CRM administration and other Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Forms).
– Strong knowledge of CRM workflows, automation, system integration, and data management.
– Experience in lead management, pipeline optimization, and CRM reporting.
– Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zoho applications.
– Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
