Job Overview:
Connected Communications, a public relations and digital marketing firm, is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our marketing initiatives, manage content, handle social media, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and schedule social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and grow social media presence.
• Assist in creating and editing marketing materials such as graphics and blog posts.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to optimize strategies.
• Monitor website traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics.
• Assist in SEO efforts, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
• Support paid advertising efforts (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
• Create and manage Google AdWords campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Design engaging graphics for social media and advertisements.
• Manage website content updates and overall website maintenance.
• Assist in project management tasks to ensure marketing initiatives are executed efficiently.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Previous experience in social media management, SEO, Google AdWords campaign creation and management, graphic design, website management, and project management.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other graphic design tools.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
• Proficiency in Google marketing and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business
Profile and Looker Studio.
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
