Basic Qualifications:

• Tech-savvy and quick to learn tools like CRMs, spreadsheets, project management software
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable internet and a dedicated home workspace

Preferred Experience (Depending on the Role):

• Background in Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, Healthcare, Etc
• Familiar with tools like Slack, ClickUp, Canva, Salesforce, HubSpot QuickBooks etc.
• Experience with customer service, lead generation, dispatching, or appointment setting Knowledge of U.S. business culture and practices
• Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, or AI tools
