We’re Hiring: Virtual Assistant (VA) Australia Client – DayShift

We’re currently looking for a confident and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our growing team.

This role is best suited for someone who is highly communicative, experienced in handling fast-paced tasks, and comfortable working with Australian clients.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks

•⁠ ⁠Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with clients

•⁠ ⁠Handle client communication with confidence and clarity

•⁠ ⁠Support business operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant

•⁠ ⁠Experience working with Australian clients (highly preferred)

•⁠ ⁠Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)

•⁠ ⁠Confident in making outbound calls and handling conversations independently

•⁠ ⁠Proactive, resourceful, and able to take initiative

•⁠ ⁠Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

•⁠ ⁠Experience supporting operations or service-based businesses

•⁠ ⁠Background in construction or related industries (not required but a plus)
