Role Overview

We’re seeking reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to join our remote team. You’ll be responsible for tasks related to ticket purchasing, account testing, and coordination with our operations team. This is a performance-based role with opportunities to grow into a part-time or full-time placement with a client.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase tickets for concerts and live events using designated platforms
• Test, manage, and report on ticket-purchasing accounts
• Follow workflows and contribute to smooth team operations
• Meet performance metrics related to carting speed, accuracy, and fulfillment

Compensation

Minimum Requirements

✅ Desktop computer (laptops not accepted)

✅ At least 16GB RAM

✅ At least i7 Processor

✅ Internet speed of 150 Mbps or higher

✅ Strong English communication skills

✅ Reliable availability and ability to follow structured SOPs

🔍 Prior VA experience or familiarity with ticketing platforms is a plus
