Work Hours: 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM Philippine Time

PH-based preferred

Salary Range:

₱25,000 – ₱35,000 per month full time (depending on experience and skills)

Job Overview:

We are hiring a creative and reliable Virtual Assistant who can manage our social media presence, edit engaging vlogs, and design graphics for marketing and branding. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital content, storytelling, and building a strong online presence.

Responsibilities:

Manage and schedule posts across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms

Edit vlogs and short-form videos for social media and YouTube

Enhance videos with music, transitions, subtitles, and motion graphics

Create visual assets: flyers, social media graphics, presentations, and promotional content

Write captions and assist with copywriting

Monitor and respond to social media engagement and messages

Keep media libraries and assets well-organized

Coordinate with team leads for branding and campaign needs

Qualifications:

Strong experience in editing vlogs and social media content

Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator

Solid graphic design and visual storytelling skills

Experience in managing and growing social media accounts

Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines independently

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

Familiarity with YouTube SEO and content strategy

Animation and motion graphics experience

Use of analytics tools like Meta Business Suite or YouTube Studio

Experience with content planning tools (e.g., Trello, Notion)
