What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Secretary, or related role
Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and tools like Zoom & Slack
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
High level of professionalism and integrity
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Calendar Management: Organize schedules, book appointments, and coordinate meetings
Email Management: Monitor inbox, prioritize emails, and handle routine correspondence
Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports
Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track follow-up actions
Travel Coordination: Manage travel bookings, accommodations, and itineraries
Communication Support: Assist with phone calls, messaging, and other communications
Task Coordination: Support project management, task tracking, and deadline management
Compensation & Perks:
Regular Employee: Basic Compensation ₱27,000–₱30,000 | All-In: Up to ₱45,000
Independent Contractor: $5–$7/hour (₱50,615–₱70,862/month)
