Virtual Assistant – Scheduling, Customer Support & Social Media Coordination

Salary: 20k to 30k php monthly

We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated virtual assistant to manage scheduling, customer success follow-ups, basic admin tasks, and light social media coordination. You will be responsible for communicating with warm leads only—no cold calling—and ensuring they are properly scheduled with technicians. You’ll also monitor and update schedules, relay information between teams, and post pre-written content to social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with warm leads via email, phone, or text to schedule service

Maintain and update technician schedules and communicate changes to customers

Provide excellent customer support and keep clients informed

Post pre-written content on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed

Tools You May Use:

G-Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs)

Payzerware (training provided)

Social media platforms

Trello, HubSpot, Slack (as needed)

iMessage and Zoom Phone (preferred but not required)
