We’re a growing real estate photography company committed to providing top-tier visuals to our clients. We value hard work, a fun atmosphere, and having each other’s backs. We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who aligns with our values and is excited to help us stay efficient and organized.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Quality Control & Photo Delivery: Review and send out completed photos in the morning after receiving them from our editors.
Retouch Requests: Respond to and manage photo retouching requests throughout the day to ensure client satisfaction.
Client Outreach: Use our Instagram messaging strategy to reach out to potential clients and help grow our customer base.
What We’re Looking For:
Availability During Pacific Standard Time (9 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST): Most of our clients are in this time zone, so we need someone who can work during these hours.
A Great Attitude: We keep things positive and team-focused, and we’re looking for someone who contributes to that culture.
Adaptability: No two days are the same—so we need someone who’s comfortable shifting gears as needed.
