📢 WE’RE HIRING: VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (PROPERTY & CASUALTY AND PERSONAL INSURANCE) – ON-SITE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant with experience in Property & Casualty Insurance and Personal Insurance to join our growing team!
🧩 Key Responsibilities:
📍Assist in processing insurance policies under Property & Casualty, and Personal Insurance.
📍Handle renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
📍Maintain and organize client records and insurance documentation.
📍Communicate with clients regarding policy inquiries, updates, and requirements.
📍Manage emails, calendars, and follow-ups.
📍Provide administrative support for daily insurance operations.
✅ Qualifications:
📍Minimum of 6 months experience in Property & Casualty Insurance and/or Personal Insurance.
📍Familiarity with different insurance products and policy handling
📍Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
📍Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
📍Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
📍Able to work in graveyard shift.
