ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITYS
- Sales Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage the sales pipeline using the Salesforce CRM platform for tracking data, leads, and generating reports. Ensure comprehensive documentation and timely follow-up to drive deal closures.
- BDM Support: Assist the Business Development Manager by providing insights based on market analysis, customer feedback, and competitor activities to refine and enhance sales strategies.
- Estimating Coordination: Prepare tailored solutions for potential clients, maintain bid lists, clarify project scopes with General Contractors, and incorporate feedback from past proposals to improve future submissions.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and cultivate potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking initiatives.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and concerns, and providing timely and relevant solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate or higher degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience collaborating with Architects, Designers, and Contractors.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, social media, and cloud technologies.
- Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to adhere to processes, work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and maintain a continuous improvement mindset.
