Virtual Assistant – Healthcare
Company: HireOnUs | Remote
We’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented, and highly professional Virtual Assistant to support our home care operations. This is a remote role, open to PH-based Virtual Assistants only, with part-time and full-time positions available.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction & Customer Service

Handle phone, email, and chat inquiries from clients and families with empathy and professionalism
Scheduling & Coordination
-
Coordinate care schedules between clients and caregivers. Manage last-minute scheduling changes or caregiver substitution
Problem-Solving & Support
-
Resolve client or caregiver complaints with patience and efficiency
Software & Compliance
-
Utilize CRM and scheduling tools (e.g., ClearCare, AlayaCare). Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect client confidentiality
Must Haves:
-
Experience in a customer service or support role, ideally within healthcare or home care

Excellent verbal and written English communication

Empathy, patience, and professionalism in handling sensitive client concerns
Nice to Haves:
-
Familiarity with home care services and the needs of elderly or post-hospital clients

Experience handling caregiver coordination or healthcare administration
-
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare documentation
