Virtual Assistant / Graphic Designer

Salary: TBD – $7.00/HOUR +

We are a growing windows and doors company looking for a Virtual Assistant / Graphic Designer to help with administrative tasks and creative design work. What You’ll Do:

Virtual Assistant Tasks:
– Manage emails, calendars, and schedules
– Organize and update files, spreadsheets, and CRM databases
– Assist with customer service inquiries
– Conduct research and compile reports
– Handle miscellaneous administrative duties

Graphic Design Tasks:
– Create high-quality designs for social media, ads, and promotional materials
– Design marketing assets such as brochures, presentations, and landing pages
– Edit and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
– Maintain brand consistency across all materials

What We’re Looking For – REQUIRED:

? Fluent in English (written and spoken)
? Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
? Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
? Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
? Self-starter who takes initiative and problem-solves independently
? Excellent organizational skills – can handle multiple deadlines
? Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
? Availability during 9:00AM – 5:00PM (2-3 times a week).

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a PLUS!):

? Experience writing product descriptions, ad copies, or landing pages
? Ability to generate promotional videos
? Previous customer service experience
? Experience with social media management or content scheduling
