We’re hiring a part-time Virtual Assistant to support a busy solo real estate agent in Omaha, Nebraska. This role combines administrative tasks, CRM management, and creative marketing—perfect for someone organized and creative.
What You’ll Do
– CRM & Admin: Manage databases (Agent Elite, Berkshire’s CRM), clean up duplicate/outdated contacts, update client notes, organize emails, track leads from Zillow/Realtor.com, and assist with light scheduling.
– Social Media & Marketing: Create Canva graphics for real estate posts (e.g., Just Listed, Sold), write engaging captions, organize photos, propose weekly post schedules, and edit short video reels (60–90 seconds). Stay current with Instagram/Facebook trends.
Tools You’ll Use
– CRMs: Agent Elite, BoldTrail, Referral Maker
– Marketing: Canva, SendOutCards, Boomerang, Dotloop, Paragon
– Other: Outlook, Google Drive, Slack
Who You Are
– Detail-oriented and great at organizing data
– Proactive, independent, and solution-focused
– Social media savvy (especially Instagram/Facebook)
– Familiarity with real estate tools (Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.) is a bonus
– Excellent at written communication and discreet with sensitive info
Pay & Schedule
– Pay: $600/month, paid bi-weekly
– Hours: 20 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM CST
