Virtual Assistant for Painting Takeoff Estimator

• ₱60,000 – ₱80,000 per month
• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our Painting Takeoff Estimator based in Mandaue City, Cebu. This full-time role is crucial in providing administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient delivery of our painting estimation services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in contributing to the success of our growing business.What you’ll be doing:
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Painting Takeoff Estimator, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
  • Preparing and formatting detailed estimates, proposals, and other client-facing documents
  • Conducting research, gathering data, and compiling information to assist the Estimator in their work
  • Maintaining and updating project management systems and databases
  • Handling various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Providing excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner

  What we’re looking for:

  • Should have a minimum of 1-year knowledge and experience working for a paint company
    •        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Interior Design, or similar field
    •        Experience in using Plan Swift
    •        Background in reading blueprints
    •        Experience in handling US clients is a plus
    •        Knowledge of detailed paint take-off (various artistic paint and wallpaper)
