We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled Dental Virtual Assistant to join Coolblue VA in providing outstanding service and support.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative assistance to our dental team, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling billing inquiries.
• Check insurance verification and authorizations for dental procedures.
• Assist with virtual consultations and follow-ups, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
• Manage communication channels, including email, phone calls, and online chat, addressing patient inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with dental suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment.
• Assist with marketing efforts, including social media management and content creation.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant/ Dental Insurance/ Dental Billing or similar role.
• Experience with dental insurance is a must.
• Proficiency in dental software and administrative tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
