**About the Role:**

As a Virtual Assistant in our Customer Success team, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our customers feel supported every step of the way. From managing our email inbox to crafting an impeccable FAQ, you’ll help customers find solutions, answer questions, and create positive interactions. You’ll be the go-to person for handling inquiries with professionalism, efficiency, and care.

The role will be full-time.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Oversee and organize our email inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses.
– Continually update our Help Center articles to help customers self-service new issues.
– Collaborate with our team to streamline customer success processes.
– Summarize and relay user feedback and new bugs to the Product team.
– Represent our brand with clarity, empathy, and excellence.

**Requirements:**

– Flawless English proficiency (both written and spoken).
– Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail.
– A fast learner who’s comfortable adapting to new tools and systems.
– Exceptional organizational capabilities with a desire to improve processes.
– Availability during US time zones to align with our customers.
– Full-time availability.
