We are seeking a proactive and friendly Virtual Assistant to join our team in the entertainment industry, specifically focusing on comedy show bookings and client outreach. This role involves outbound calling, email follow-ups, and relationship building with clients and event organizers.
As a VA, you’ll be connecting with warm leads to schedule comedy shows, collect working email addresses, and provide follow-up endorsements. If you have experience in client communication, sales support, or event booking—this could be the perfect gig for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to book comedy shows (leads provided)
Collect and confirm working email addresses for follow-up
Conduct endorsement calls after initial outreach
Build and maintain client relationships with a friendly, helpful approach
Use tools like Mailchimp to manage campaigns or updates
Assist with light video editing for promotions or email inserts (basic skills required)
Provide regular updates on client communications and outreach results
Qualifications:
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Prior experience with outbound calling, client follow-ups, or sales support
Confident and warm phone presence; not afraid to speak with new people
Familiar with Mailchimp and basic video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Clipchamp, or similar)
Reliable internet and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
Organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines
