Job Title: Virtual Assistant (VA) – Lead Generation, Data Scraping & Executive Admin Support

Location: Remote – Philippines

Type: Full-Time / M – F 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Salary Range: USD 1000-1800/ month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our business in three key areas: lead generation and data scraping, senior-level administrative support, and client onboarding tasks. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, self-managed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Data Scraping

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients or contacts based on target profiles.
  • Use tools and scripts to scrape, clean, and organize data from websites and directories.
  • Build and maintain organized databases and CRM-ready lead lists.
  • Assist in preparing lead lists for email campaigns or outreach.

Executive Administrative Support

  • Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting bookings for leadership.
  • Organize inboxes, flag important emails, and draft responses or follow-ups.
  • Coordinate internal and client meetings, including agenda preparation and notes.
  • Maintain to-do lists, reminders, and task tracking systems for executive tasks.

Client Onboarding & Brand Page Support

  • Support the onboarding process for new clients with checklists, forms, and scheduling.
  • Help design and structure non-technical brand or service pages using templates or basic tools (e.g., Notion, Canva, Google Docs, etc.).
  • Ensure brand consistency across client documentation and shared resources.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Lead Generation Specialist.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets).
  • Experience with lead gen and scraping tools (e.g., Apollo.io, PhantomBuster, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instant Data Scraper).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Senior-level admin for scheduling, email management, meeting coordination
  • Client onboarding, brand page design (non-technical)
  • Long-term position
