Job Title: Virtual Assistant [Account Analyst] – Remote

Schedule: 9AM-5PM Pacific Time, Mon-Fri

Salary: P20,000-P55,000*

As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a significant role in assisting our customers and managing front-end operations for an ecommerce business. We’re looking for sharp, driven individuals to join our team. This is an entry-level position so fresh grads are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities

1. Orders: Take, ship, and track customer orders or process refunds

2. Customer inquiries: Answer inquiries sent via email or through phone calls

3. Reporting: Prepare reports or report new relevant information

4. Research: Search for potential new products and communicate with suppliers

Requirements

– English proficiency

– Stable, high-speed internet connection

– Good attitude (willing to be trained and work with us long-term)

Pay:

Php20,000.00 – Php55,000.00 per month

*Published salary is for starting only. Multiple salary increases within a year are possible in order to match employee’s skill level.
