Required Skills & Qualifications:

High-level understanding of Zoho CRM, particularly in setting up and automating workflows.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data management.

Experience in setting up and using Aspire (knowledge of this tool is a plus).

Strong background in creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

HR experience, with knowledge in managing employee-related tasks and documentation.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.
