VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

(Work from home, but training will be in-office.)
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor/ College degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or Equivalent
• Preferably with experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management tools.
• Preferably with real estate license.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office set-up
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage social media strategies and content.
• Design and produce engaging multimedia content.
• Maintain client databases and provide ongoing support.
• Coordinate and manage real estate listings and showings.
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle correspondence.
• Contract signing and inspection.
