Our fast-growing agency is looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant to strengthen our core operations. Bringing together professional expertise with room for career advancement, this role evolves from part-time to full-time as you develop within our organization.

Position Details:
– Hours: 12 PM – 5 PM SAST (South African Standard Time)
– Location: Fully Remote (Work from Anywhere)
– Compensation: $400 – $700 USD per month
– Type: Part-time with potential for full-time growth

Your responsibilities will include:
– Calendar and document management
– Meeting coordination and task tracking via ClickUp
– Invoice processing and basic bookkeeping
– Payment follow-ups
– Recruitment Assistance: Candidate screening and interview scheduling
– Email campaign management and tracking
– General administrative support

Required skills:
– Experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
– Strong written and verbal communication
– Excellent organizational abilities

Experience with Slack, ClickUP, and Notion preferred. Stable wifi and an optimal laptop non-negotiable.
