Virtual Assistant

Your primary responsibility will be to manage and grow our clients’ podcasts and social media presence. You will handle all post-production aspects of the podcast as well as strategize and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement.

💻 Podcast Editing:

– Edit and produce podcast episodes (remove background noise, correct audio levels, add intros/outros, etc.)

– Ensure polished and professional final versions of each episode

– Manage podcast episode uploads across platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.)

– Create short teaser clips from episodes for promotional use

– Maintain episode release schedules and work with clients to ensure timely delivery

💻 Social Media Management:

– Develop and implement social media content strategies

– Create visually engaging posts, stories, and reels to promote podcast episodes on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok

– Write copy and schedule posts that resonate with the target audience

– Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages on behalf of the client

– Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results

– Stay up-to-date with social media trends and new features to maximize content impact

🔑 Requirements:

– Experience in podcast editing (provide samples/portfolio)

– Proficiency with audio editing software (Adobe Audition, Audacity, etc.)

– Strong understanding of social media platforms and scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, etc.)

– Excellent organizational and time management skills

– Strong written and verbal communication

– Basic graphic design skills
