We’re looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant who can help us expand our site, FamilyDestinationsGuide.com.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to work on a site about what you love most—travel and adventure!

As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll be responsible for a wide variety of duties, such as sourcing high-standard images for Facebook articles, utilizing Photoshop for image templates and processing, and more.

This is an entry-level position with room for growth. We’ll give you a clear path to ascending to higher levels of responsibility and pay.

For this, we need someone who is truly detail-oriented, a fast learner, with strong English skills and basic experience in Photoshop, and a self-motivated, independent thinker.

New hires will receive complete paid training on all our processes. After the new hire is familiar with the processes we expect them to work with minimal oversight and to speak up if they have ideas for improving workflow.

We don’t want a wallflower, we want someone who will be an active part of the team.

Requirements:

* You are incredibly detail-oriented

* You can easily follow detailed directions
* You have strong English skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
* You are dependable and able to work 8 hours daily (40 hours a week, Monday to Friday)
* You have a reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps speed)
* You are looking for a long-term position

Not required but highly desirable:

* You have at least basic WordPress experience

*Benefits:*

– Competitive rates: Pay is $3.25 per hour. Pay is in USD.
– The 13th-month bonus is already included in the pay. So you get it quick and don’t have to wait until the end of the year
– After a successful 90-day review, you have the opportunity to earn a 10% monthly bonus on top of your base pay, for exceeding performance targets.
* Consistent workload every day: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Flexible schedule between 9 AM to 10 PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday)
* Long-term, stable work as part of a high-performing team
