We’re seeking a Virtual Assistant for Social Media for Kardz.Biz. Is that you?
You will be responsible for creating engaging captions, scheduling and posting content, and managing interactions across our social media channels.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and proficiency in using social media.
Responsibilities
π Develop engaging, creative, and meaningful captions for social media posts that align with our brand voice and strategy.
π Schedule posts across different social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) using scheduling tools like Later, Buffer, or similar.
π Ensure posts are published at optimal times to maximize reach and engagement.
π Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
π Track and analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns.
π Provide regular reports on social media metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.
π Use insights to suggest improvements and new strategies for social media activities.

π Regular and timely posting of content according to a predetermined schedule.
π Maintenance of an organized content calendar to ensure a steady stream of posts.
π Developing a cohesive and appealing brand voice across all posts and interactions.
π Higher levels of interaction on social media posts, including likes, comments, shares, and direct messages.
π Regular reporting on social media performance metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and follower growth.
π Actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize future content and strategies.
Qualifications
π Strong writing and communication abilities – be able to write clearly and authentically.
π Excellent written communication skills with a knack for creating engaging content.
π Familiarity with social media platforms.
