EM – Virtual Assistant

We’re looking for a Full-time VA for our client in the entertainment industry. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
Job Description:
  • Client Communication: Managing all calls, emails, and texts. Promptly respond to inquiries regarding our services, event logistics, and special requests.
  • Client Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
  • Event Coordination Assistance: Assist clients in planning their events (when requested) by coordinating with our DJ & Photobooth team to ensure their needs are met.
  • Software: Maintain all DJ Event Planner and Leadexcess software needs.
  • Check-Ins: Handle the check-in confirmations for that day’s staff.
  • Reporting: Report any questions, check-in confirmations, and other necessary information to the Operations Manager.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport and convey information effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work 1 day of the weekend if needed
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a proactive approach to supporting team goals and client satisfaction.
Benefits
$6 – $7 per hour
Complete/Perfect Attendance Incentives:
$100 bonus after 30 days
$100 bonus after 3 months
*HMO after 6 months (applicable only to full-time agents)
