Qualifications:
At least 1 year solid experience in the BPO or Virtual Assistant industry For VA experience, must have worked with at least one consistent client or company Background in marketing, advertising, or public relations Familiar with social media and communication platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.) Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office tools Strong written and verbal English communication skills Senior living-related experience is a plus
