✔ Insurance industry (experience preferred but not required)

Virtual Assistant – Client Applications

Responsibilities:
Assist with client applications and data entry
Track and follow up on pending applications
Send reminders and updates to clients
Provide calendar and administrative support

Requirements:
Virtual Assistant experience
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal English
Organized and proactive
Familiar with Google Workspace
Experience with Asana or similar tools is a plus
Insurance industry experience preferred but not required

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Night Shifts – US Eastern Time
