Seeking a Sales and Admin VA (Sales Admin Social Media)

Australian based HR consultancy looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support sales activities, administrative tasks and social media management.
Seeking a commercially savvy and experienced relationship builder that can help support operationally as well.
Lead follow ups, client engagement, LinkedIn, CRM systems (currently looking into HubSpot), Meta Business Suite and Canva.
🟣 Ideal Candidate:
✔️ Strong verbal and written English communication, and a natural relationship builder
✔️ Comfortable in a start up/ flexible environment
✔️ Versatile and diverse background (any experience in a similar consulting/services based industry is a bonus)
✔️ Experience with Google Workspace, HubSpot, LinkedIn and Canva
✔️ Autonomous, ambitious and a self starter
🟢 Responsibilities:
✔️ Follow up leads and provide sales and operational support
✔️ Social Media engagement: Responding to Instagram and Facebook enquiries + 1–2 social media posts weekly
✔️ Assist with LinkedIn outreach & follow-ups
✔️ Maintain CRM and and sales pipeline
✔️ Handle light client communication
✔️ General administrative support
✔️ Email and calendar management
🟡 Role Focus:
🔹 Lead generation and follow up – contribution to sales
🔹 Sales support tasks including client onboarding and customer service
🔹Operational support in an agile start up environment
