Assist Lifestyle Pty Ltd is a growing NDIS-registered provider based in Queensland. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented SMM Virtual Assistant to manage and maintain our digital and online presence on an ongoing basis.
About the roleThis is a fully remote position, perfect for someone who enjoys structured work, digital content, and supporting a purpose-driven organisation in the disability sector.
You’ll help manage and grow our online presence, ensuring everything is accurate, professional, and NDIS-compliant.
What you’ll be doing
Updating our WordPress website Creating CEO-friendly, NDIS-compliant social media content Scheduling posts for Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn Managing Google Business Profile & LinkedIn company page Creating monthly newsletters & landing pages (Brevo) Supporting online visibility & lead generation
We’re looking for someone who Writes confidently in Australian English Has experience with social media, Canva & digital tools Is organised, reliable, and detail-focused Understands NDIS compliance (highly regarded)
Hours & pay• Up to 15 hours per week
• AUD $8+ per hour (based on skills & experience)
• Paid fortnightly via WISE
• Hubstaff used for time tracking
Must be available for online meetings twice per week during AEST business hours (9:00am – 5:00pm AEST).
