Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience using Grata for private-market company research and Outreach.io for outbound sequencing and campaigns.

You will support our team with data sourcing, lead generation, list building, spreadsheet management, and outreach execution, ensuring clean, accurate prospect data that feeds directly into automated outreach.

This role is ideal for someone analytical, organized, and comfortable working with large datasets daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Source private-market companies and decision-makers using Grata
• Build targeted prospect lists based on ICP criteria
• Clean, validate, and enrich lead data
• Manage spreadsheets and databases with high accuracy
• Upload and organize leads inside Outreach.io
• Set up and manage outreach sequences/campaigns
• Track campaign metrics (opens, replies, conversions)
• Maintain CRM records and documentation
• Provide research and administrative support

Requirements

• Proven experience using Grata for company/lead sourcing
• Proven experience using Outreach.io for outreach campaigns/sequences
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (formulas, filtering, sorting, data cleaning)
• Experience with lead research, list building, and database management
• High attention to detail
• Strong written English communication
• Reliable laptop and stable internet
• Self-starter who can work independently

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Cold email or outbound prospecting experience
