Company: PadplacRWe are hiring a Virtual Assistant to handle inbound messages and occasional calls from renters who are applying for shared housing.
All inquiries are inbound only from our ads — no cold calling and no selling required.
Responsibilities

Respond to inbound messages via Messenger, SMS, and occasional phone calls

Assist applicants through a guided, step-by-step application process

Send follow-ups and reminders using provided templates

Answer common questions using scripts

Track basic lead updates in our system
Training, scripts, and clear instructions are provided.
Compensation

$300–$800 USD per month

Earnings depend on availability and responsiveness
Requirements

Strong written English

Stable internet connection

Organized and reliable

Comfortable with messaging-based support tasks

Messaging or appointment-setting experience is a plus, but not required
