We’re looking for a creative and reliable Virtual assistant to join our team.
If you love writing, keeping things organised and career development, this might be for you.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Responding to DMs
- Sending out Invoices
- Sending and replying to emails
- Creating social media captions across multiple platforms
- Community building
- Writing and designing our monthly newsletter
- Crafting engaging email copy for campaigns and updates
- Producing clear, research-backed blog articles
- Scheduling posts and ensuring everything goes out on time
Must have:
- Excellent English proficiency (written & verbal)
- Strong internet connection and reliable work setup
- Availability during 9 AM–5 PM AEST (Monday–Friday)
- Solid technical, research and writing skills
- ATTENTION TO THE TINIEST DETAILS
- Background or interest in crypto and finance (nice to have)
- Great communication, accountability and a high level of organisation
- Experience with Google Docs, Notion and Go High Level
- Familiarity with using AI tools and prompts for content creation

Training will be offered, and there is a probation period. Successful candidates will have to submit an interview task to assess their skills and level of competency.
